Frequently asked questions
During your visit, you will be able to spend 90 minutes interacting with the breeding and retired dogs from Integrity Golden Retrievers. Please note that if there is a mama with puppies or a female in heat, these dogs will not be part of your experience to ensure their well-being.
To make your visit comfortable and enjoyable, seating will be available if you prefer not to stand and play with the dogs. Additionally, grooming tools will be provided for those who wish to engage in grooming activities. This hands-on experience is designed to be both educational and enjoyable, giving you a unique opportunity to interact with our dogs in a relaxed setting.
Of course don't forget the photo-op! Grab your favorite dog and take a selfie or use our photo spot. Don't forget to tag us: @experiencegoldenacres and/or @integritygoldenretrieversLLC
We recommend wearing comfortable clothes that you don't mind getting a bit dirty. Let's be real—while most of our delightful Golden Retrievers are very well trained, there's always a chance one of our younger pups might get overly excited and jump on you. So, dress in attire that's practical for some canine affection.
Additionally, comfortable, sturdy shoes are a good idea for navigating the outdoor terrain. We want you to enjoy your visit to our farm to the fullest, so come prepared for a fun, interactive experience!
We're committed to providing incredible experiences, no matter what the weather brings! Our Golden Experiences will proceed rain or shine, adding a touch of nature's spontaneity to your visit.
However, we do understand that severe weather conditions can sometimes pose a challenge. While we don’t issue refunds due to weather, if there’s heavy rain or other inclement weather that might affect your experience, Experience Golden Acres (EGA) may offer the opportunity to reschedule your visit for a day with better weather. Remember, this rescheduling option is dependent on EGA’s discretion and availability, so keep an eye on your emails for any updates.
